Cancellation Policy

Kingwood Vineyards (the Farm) is a family-owned farm located in Frenchtown, New Jersey. We take pride in cultivating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables in a sustainable and eco-friendly manner. Our farm offers pick-your-own and grow-your-own membership options, allowing visitors (Members) to engage directly with the farming experience. Annual Farm Membership is to participate and support the farming activity of the entire growing season. Members can visit the farm, bring family and friends if you wish, from early May to late November to enjoy the beautiful farm environment, watch things grow, and pick up whatever is ready to harvest. The farm will post pictures on the website to let members know what is ready to pick. Members are welcome to visit even if you don't want to pick anything. Take pictures with wild flowers, watch sunset in an open vineyard, and even have a picnic in the grass field. Members can also volunteer themselves for some farm work if interested. Volunteers will be called when needed on the website. You are part of the farm community when you become a member. Please cherish the hard work of the farmers. Protect the crops and do not pick anything that is not marked ready to harvest. Your pets should be on leash. You should close the gate if you are the last person to leave the field. We do expect you to pay for any products you picked in the farm based on the price suggested at the check out desk. If you think the price is not appropriate, pay whatever you think is reasonable and let us know why. Please self-checkout if no one is at the checkout desk. We accept cash, check, venom, zile, and credit cards. However, please try to avoid using credit cards since the financial institutions will take a big cut of the payment. Pro Members can take a 20% discount, and premium members pay half price. Farm is a very natural environment. Please be careful and watch your steps when you are enjoying any activities on the farm. Members agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the farm against all injuries, losses, suits, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses. If a member brings guests to the farm, the member is responsible for their guests.
